Welcome to the Jan Kesner Gallery International Nude Photography Competition website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility & Submissions

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting, you confirm that works are original, do not infringe third-party rights, and comply with local laws. Pornographic, exploitative, or abusive content is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

Copyright remains with the artist. By entering, you grant the organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce submitted works for competition administration, exhibition display, digital catalogue, press, and promotional purposes related to this competition.

3. Model Releases & Permissions

Entrants are solely responsible for obtaining valid model releases (18+) and location permissions. Submissions without proper releases may be disqualified.

4. Environmental Responsibility

Productions must avoid environmental harm and follow “leave no trace” principles. Works that violate these standards may be rejected.

5. Fees & Refunds

Entry fees (if charged) are used to support administration and are non-refundable once a submission is made.

6. Selection & Awards

Jury decisions are final. The organizer reserves the right to withhold prizes or modify awards at its discretion if entries fail to meet quality or eligibility standards.

7. Site Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious code. The site and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in the competition.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
